Dog,PUPS,SPCA BAY OF ISLANDS, ADOPTION
These are just some of the many dogs that are rescued and homeless. Please please PLEASE desex your pet - male or female - and help stop so many unwanted animals being born.
The SPCA Bay Of Islands maintains a very strict policy on desexing and neuters both male and female dogs prior to adoption. This policy is strictly enforced as the Society's contribution to reducing the misery of unwanted, surplus animals.
Pictured here are just a few of the Dogs we have for adoption. View some of our dogs available for adoption trademe:

Your making a difference when you adopt from the SPCA.
The SPCA has, as its basis, the philosophy that all animals equally deserving of our compassionate consideration, no matter what the species.
"The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated." Animals feel pain and fear like we do, but they are often helpless victims because they can’t voice what happened to them. In fact, some people choose to abuse animals over people because animals for this very reason! If we wish to create a humane society, we must stop cruelty against those who are most vulnerable--like animals. Mahatma Gandhi,
